Kim Goss
Human Resources Director
Kim joined the business as HR Officer in 2011. After being promoted to the position of HR Manager in 2012, and following two acquisitions, Kim was appointed HR Director across our sites.
Kim completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management whilst working at Laleham. Kim has driven a number of key initiatives across the business ranging from establishing mental health support to developing leadership development programmes. She is active within the wider DCC HR community, attending and contributing to Group activities.
