On one such occasion, clarity of a prestige product bulk was affected by a complex inclusion.
The Solution
Laleham worked in partnership with our customer to reformulate a repeatable solution for a product with the desired clarity whilst maintaining its innovative proposition.
Here at Laleham Health & Beauty, we use rare and seasonal raw materials in hundreds of products, and we are very much aware of the excitement these can bring but also the challenges that shortage or unavailability would present. We work with our customers to ensure these raw materials are allocated or to seek out alternative replacement materials. We have strong long standing relationships with many raw material suppliers and engage with new suppliers all the time, this ensures we can collect accurate and timely information on materials used in our products.
